The resort consists of 129 rooms, together with a variety of restaurants and bars, pool club, wellness center, indoor and outdoor sport facilities as well as a conference center and administrative buildings. It will be built using repurposed shipping containers, resulting in an edgy contemporary design and low environmental footprint. It has been selected to target millennial tourists: the group with highest spendings on leisure travel.

The project started in Jan 2019. The 5.5ha plot in Kakheti was bought in Dec 2019. Operational business plan and architectural concept are complete. Project is in pre-construction stage, development preparations are in place for efficient project optimization, value engineering and construction commencement.
