Project Summary
The development of a four-star hotel resort in Kakheti, Georgia. The resort consists of 200+ rooms, 10+ premium villas, together with a variety of restaurants and bars, pool club, wellness center, indoor and outdoor sport facilities as well as a conference center and administrative buildings. It will be built using modern engineering, resulting in an edgy contemporary design and low environmental footprint. It has been designed to target millennial tourists: the group with highest spendings on leisure travel.

Project Status
The project started in Jan 2019. The 5.5ha plot in Kakheti was bought in Dec 2019. Operational business plan and architectural concept are complete. COVID put project on hold for 5 years. In 2025 project is in pre-construction stage, development preparations are in place for efficient project optimization, value engineering and construction commencement.
